Summary:
Ryanair is looking to refuse passengers who have failed to print their own boarding pass. After being rejected to charge 40€, as a penalty fee, from those who had not printed out their boarding pass. Ryanair is looking to appeal against the Spanish court's decision. As they find this decision bizar and unlawful. Ryainair states that they will refuse the passengers that do not have their passes with them and they feel they are not entitled to find a suitable replacement flight for them.
Reaction:
This gives us one more good reason not to fly with Ryanair. Although people should take care of their own stuff, it seems largely disappointing that Ryanair feels this way. They are always stated to be one of the cheapest airlines, but there are always unexpected circumstances in which you will need to pay more for your flight. I think that Ryanair are just a bunch of fraudes. Please boycot this weird airline.
Haha. Boycot Ryanair. I would not want to go that far although I do agree with you when you state that there are always unexpected costs when flying with Ryanair. But still, as long as you stick to their rules, Ryanair is often a lot cheaper than other airlines. For me that is reason enough to keep using Ryanair to get to my holiday destination.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenSure, Ryanair is one of the cheapest airline companies out there, but they're often just trying to make an extra buck out of you by adding hidden fees. This is just an extra way they want to make money, because it costs just a few cents to print someone's boarding pass. Many people forget their boarding passes, so this would be a perfect way for them to still make their tickets expensive.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI was just trying to make some sort of a statement ;D. It seems unlikely people will boycot Ryanair because of this, but it would be fun would it not?
